Albert Einstein Discovery Center Ulm e.V.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Albert Einstein Discovery Center Ulm e.V. is a non-profit association that will design, build, and operate a scientific experience and discovery center. In Ulm, Albert Einstein\u2019s birthplace, the physicist and person will be portrayed in all his richness and complexity, making the impact of his work tangible. The focus of the Albert Einstein Discovery Center will be on experiences, encounters, experiments, and emotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Renowned American architect Daniel Libeskind was commissioned to design the building at Karlstra\u00dfe 1 (formerly an industrial site of the Ulm municipal utilities). The initial design for the building was presented in November 2024 and has been continuously refined since then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Albert Einstein Discovery Center<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this project, initiated by local residents and privately funded, the Discovery Center\u2019s primary goal is to bring Einstein\u2019s scientific achievements closer to a broad audience. This can only be achieved if his revolutionary ideas\u2014not only in physics, but also his values and worldview\u2014are brought together in all their facets and made immediately accessible, discoverable, and understandable at the Discovery Center through innovative, immersive, and fascinating interactive exhibits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At this Discovery Center\u2014the only one of its kind in the world\u2014visitors encounter Albert Einstein in a way that acknowledges the physicist and global citizen: through fun, the joy of learning, curiosity, critical thinking, and a conscious sense of responsibility for our world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitors to the Discovery Center will gain a whole new perspective on<\/p>\n\n\n\n
